How many points do I need?
Every 30 minutes of a completed booking earns one point. 20 points buy a free hour, 12 points a free half hour.
Does the card expire?
Points count for 365 days from the booking that earned them. The oldest points drop off first.
Can I use it at both locations?
Yes – Zug 608 and Zug 707 both count toward the same card, wherever you book.
Can I combine it with other offers?
It depends on the offer – just ask at reception and we'll tell you what can be combined right now.
Is the card transferable?
No, the card belongs to your own customer account and can't be passed on.
What if I lose my card?
There's no physical card to lose – we track your points under your name and phone number.
